We are happy to announce a new yoga class at The Journey International. This class is designed for active people (hiking, climbing, running, cycling, swimming ect) who are looking to stretch and strengthen the key parts of their bodies so they can better enjoy their chosen activities.
No prior yoga experience is needed for this mixed class. There is no reason to fear the word yoga either. You may find that it feels like a really nice massage. That is how some have described their experience.
